Our Construction Capabilities

We provide the “hard” construction services that turn master plans into buildable reality.

1. Road & Transport Infrastructure

We build the physical pathways for logistics and communities.

• Scope: Full construction of arterial roads, roundabouts, and access highways.
• Execution: Heavy earthworks (cut/fill), sub-base compaction, asphalt paving, and the installation of concrete curbs and integrated drainage channels.

2. Heavy Utility Networks (Wet & Dry)

The installation of critical underground systems.

• Scope: Deep trenching and installation of large-diameter water mains, sewage pipelines, and stormwater attenuation tanks.
• Execution: Construction of reinforced concrete valve chambers, pumping stations, and high-voltage cable duct banks.

3. Site Enabling & Earthworks

The first phase of construction. We prepare the ground for vertical building.

• Scope: Mass excavation, site leveling, and soil stabilization.
• Execution: Deployment of excavators and graders to clear vast plots (like our Dubai Islands projects) and construction of retaining walls to secure the perimeter.

4. Bridges & Concrete Structures

Building the heavy civil structures that span obstacles.

• Scope: Reinforced concrete bridges, underpasses, and culverts.
• Execution: Piling, formwork erection, steel reinforcement fixing, and mass concrete pouring for piers and decks.
